St. Joseph Public Schools is inviting all lovers of astronomy, and also those who just want to see something cool, to come out to an open house at Upton Middle School this month.

SJPS Superintendent Kristen Bawks says they’re going to show off a feature not many schools have.

“ The p lanetarium at Upton Middle School is such a unique and really neat experience for our students as well as our community,” Bawks said. “ We have an open house planned for December 15, and we would invite residents to come and see that amazing programming.”

The theme that evening is “Legends of the Night Sky: Orion,” and Bawks says it ought to be fun for anyone.
