The number of Chinese visitors to the U.S. grew slightly during the first half of 2025. Now, the U.S. is losing one of its most valuable tourists as they flock to Russia, amid Russian President Vladimir Putin's approval of visa-free entry for Chinese citizens on Monday (Dec. 1), valid until September 14, 2026.
