Steph Curry will be on the Golden State Warriors ’ injury report for several games at a minimum. Last week, Curry suffered a quad contusion on Thanksgiving Eve.

Although MRI results didn’t seem to reveal anything that would keep him out long-term, the Warriors announced that Curry would get re-evaluated in one week. There was a sigh of relief coming from Golden State at the time, but the ESPN NBA Insider Marc J. Spears had an unsettling message to deliver regarding Curry’s setback.

“It’s not good,” Spears said. “He’s going to get re-evaluated on Thursday, and he’s not doing any on-court work. Just getting rehab. Definitely not good.”
