At Tuesday’s city council meeting, Elizabeth Whitton with the Goodman Corporation, a consulting firm presented a final report for the city’s ‘Downtown Projects Implementation’. The consulting firm divided it into four grand projects. First, a three-story parking garage costing between $20 million to $25 million. It would provide 200 more parking spaces.
