405 Freeway Project Triggers Additional December Closures Between Westwood and Valley

Lane reductions and overnight ramp closures will continue on Interstate 405 this month as Caltrans prepares for one of the busiest travel periods of the year. The agency announced additional weekend closures between Getty Center Drive and Skirball Center Drive following a week of lane and ramp restrictions that run from December 1 to December 5.

The new closures are scheduled from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. on the following dates:

Friday, December 5, through Monday, December 8

Friday, December 12, through Monday, December 15

Friday, December 19, through Monday, December 22 (this final weekend will proceed only if earlier work is delayed)

Northbound I-405 closures include:
