New supernatural mystery series Talamasca: The Secret Order has jumped up the Netflix UK chart after being added to the streamer this week. The new AMC show is based on Anne Rice's The Vampire Chronicles and Lives of the Mayfair Witches novels, and focuses on a young lawyer who is recruited into a secretive organisation.

Since dropping on the streamer on Monday, Talamasca has shot up the UK Top 10 series, currently sitting at the number 4 position.

Starring Dangerous Liaisons ' Nicholas Denton, the series focuses on lawyer Guy Anatole, who has just finished law school when he is approached by a senior member of the Talamasca organisation, which is committed to keeping an eye on the supernatural.
