A Warren-based company is accusing the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad of improperly ending a lease for two locomotives and then unlawfully keeping the trains and refusing to pay.
In a lawsuit filed in November in Summit County Common Pleas Court, the popular railroad service is accused of breaching its contract for two locomotives leased from LHAGS Inc. and LTE Rail Services, which operate as the same company.
