The person allegedly involved in the altercation during an impromptu parade celebrating the Gaza ceasefire has been arrested months later.
On Oct. 13, around 25 cars paraded through downtown Savannah to commemorate the Gaza cease-fire and the release of hostages. But according to a Savannah Police Department (SPD) report, Lindsey Creel was on the sidewalk yelling profanities at the caravan and threw a rock at a vehicle.
