Wednesday will be a quiet day with afternoon high temperatures peaking in the low 30s, and winds gusting up to 25 mph at times. Snow will return to the forecast on Wednesday night, but it will be much lighter than what arrived on Tuesday. Light snow could turn widespread overnight into Thursday morning, with a coating to an inch of snow accumulation possible, which could lead to slick roads for travelers early Thursday morning.
