Democrat Says People’s Outrage Helps Move Bill To Cut ICE Detention Forward

Democratic Representative from Washington, Pramila Jayapal, told Newsweek that the bill she will introduce, the Dignity for Detained Immigrations Act, will likely “get a significant number of co-sponsors” because of the outrage people are experiencing amid intense immigration crackdown.
