New police body camera footage of Luigi Mangione’s arrest in Altoona, Pennsylvania, was shown in court during his pre-trial court hearing on Tuesday. The first officer to confront Mangione testified that Mangione handed him a fake ID and said he was homeless before his arrest at a local McDonald's. NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports for TODAY.
