Louisiana Governor says he invites ICE to New Orleans to help make city safe #shourts

The Department of Homeland Security announced Wednesday that New Orleans will be the next city swept for criminal illegal immigrants — following similar crackdowns in Los Angeles, Chicago and Charlotte.
