An unhappy customer is suing Henderson Castle, alleging in a lawsuit that, after he left a one-star review of the Kalamazoo bed and breakfast’s restaurant, an employee tracked down his place of employment and posted bad reviews in retaliation.

James Adams found a “caterpillar or worm” in his food while eating at H Prime Chophouse, Henderson Castle’s restaurant, he said in the lawsuit.

He attempted to speak with the owner or chef, “but they refused to acknowledge his complaint,” the lawsuit said.

“Don’t come here. EVER!” Adams wrote in an online review, that included photos of what appeared to be a caterpillar underneath the crown of a piece of broccoli.

According to the lawsuit, filed in October in Kalamazoo County Circuit Court, things escalated from there.
