GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD/AP) — Cortney and Bradly Bartholomew, the mother and stepfather of Rebecca Park, have been charged with first-degree murder and torture in connection to her death, with authorities also alleging they were responsible for the death of her child.

According to 9&10 News , the couple was arrested on Sunday and arraigned Tuesday in a Wexford County courthouse.
