The maniac who set a homeless man on fire on a Manhattan subway train early Monday morning is still on the loose, leading police to release surveillance images in hopes of tracking him down.
The unidentified victim suffered “significant” burns to his legs, and was so badly scorched in the attack that cops found skin on one of the seats on the train, law enforcement sources said.
Surveillance photos and video released by police Wednesday show the suspect at the station wearing a black hat, a grey hooded jacket, black pants, black boots and lugging a backpack.
The burn victim was being treated for his injuries at New York-Presbyterian/Weil Cornell Medical Center. His current condition was not immediately available.
Police are asking anyone with information on the suspect to contact NYP
