We're undergoing weather whiplash in North Texas this week, with temperatures up and down day by day!
Wednesday was a warmer one, with temperatures officially reaching the lower 60s this afternoon at DFW. It was a much colder day, however, for our eastern spots where low clouds hung around.
Things change again on Thursday, as a cold front moves into North Texas. Expect an occasional light rain, with greater chances southeast.
It will be a cold and gloomy day, with temperatures plateauing in the lower to middle 40s most of the day. Fortunately, we are not looking at any wintry precipitation. Road temperatures are above freezing and air temperatures will be far too warm for wintry precipitation.
By Friday, winds return out of the south, warming temperatures back into the low to mid-50s w
