SOMERSWORTH — A Somersworth man was arrested on multiple charges following a foot pursuit in which an unidentified good Samaritan assisted, according to city police Capt. Matthew Duval.
On Dec. 2, police charged Nicholas R. Balomenos, 37, with three misdemeanors: resisting arrest or detention, driving while under the influence, second offense, and driving after revocation or suspension. He was also charged with a violation for open container alcohol or marijuana.
Duval said Balomenos had two electronic bench warrants, one out of the Dover District Court with a $1,000 cash bail set, and a second warrant out of Concord District Court with $400 cash bail set.
