SARASOTA COUNTY, Fla. – Deputies in Sarasota County wrangled a 14-foot alligator that was spotted in the middle of a road, according to a video posted on social media Wednesday.
Officials said it took seven “brave deputies” and one “skilled trapper” to capture the 600-pound reptile.
Deputies did not release details on where or when the animal was caught, but said it was later taken to an alligator farm.
