A building at Lockheed Martin 's Orlando facility has been evacuated after smoke was spotted, the company confirmed to WESH 2.
Orange County Fire Rescue is responding to the situation.
"We are aware of the situation at our Sand Lake Road facility and are working closely with local officials. The impacted area has been evacuated, and all employees are safe," the company said.
Chopper 2 was over the facility where several first responder vehicles were in the complex and people in hazmat suits were walking toward a building. Responders remain on the scene at this time.
Lockheed tells WESH 2 that two people were working in the building, and they were not injured.
