ROY — Nancy Black has had an aggravating month.

“I have no access to the internet,” Black said. “I have school, and I have classes and I haven’t been able to do my class work.”

Her internet has been down for a month, along with her home phone — something she said she needs as a caretaker.

“Even though I have a cell phone, I still got to be able to contact emergency numbers if I need them,” she said.

Black said she called her internet service provider, CenturyLink, right away, and it sent someone over.

“Looked at the wiring in the outside,” she said of the visit. “And oh, ‘There’s nothing wrong and your ticket’s been transferred to another technician.’”
