TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - The Northwest Fire District responded to a structure fire on the westside that left one person displaced.

According to NWFD, the fire was located off Curtis Road, near Ruthrauff Road and La Cholla Boulevard.

NWFD said within five minutes, the fire was under control. One person is currently being evaluated and will be displaced following the incident.

Residents were advised to find alternate routes to avoid potential traffic delays and allow for emergency vehicles to complete work.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
