Wu to try again with temporary tax relief for homeowners, but the problem is that Nick Collins still serves

CommonWealth Beacon reports Boston will once again try to convince the state legislature to let it temporarily shift more of the overall property-tax burden onto owners of large commercial buildings, but barring a sudden change of heart, state Sen. Nick Collins of South Boston will once again get to block the measure.
