FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — A Federal Way man has been charged with murder after he and his brother chased down and fatally shot someone who had taken their grandfather's gun, King County prosecutors say.

Isaiah Weiss, 20, is accused of fatally shooting Bailey Bryan Mullen, 26, on November 26, 2025, at The Commons at Federal Way. Prosecutors requested $2 million bail for Weiss, saying he is " unlikely to appear for future court dates, is likely to interfere with the administration of justice, and is likely to commit a violent offense if released from custody."

According to court documents, Weiss and his brother were at their apartment when the victim, a friend of Isaiah's brother, came over. The brother told police that he had invited Mullen over and he offered to show the victim his grandfathe
