GREEN BAY – The Green Bay Packers are adding players back in the mix.
Of the players on injured-reserve lists, MarShawn Lloyd, Brenton Cox Jr and Collin Oliver returned to practice Dec. 1 to open their three-week practice window. Jayden Reed ’s practice window opened Nov. 21.
After missing so much time during the season, Packers coach Matt LaFleur said the goal is just to integrate them into practice and see how they feel.
“We’re going to be pretty open minded with it and it’s going to be a very fluid situation,” LaFleur said during his pre-practice news conference Dec. 3. “I think the more time somebody has missed, the harder it is to get back. It is a boost to get those guys back out there and I know it definitely lifts their spirits as well.”
