An 18-year-old from Cheyenne is being held on a quarter million-dollar cash bond after being accused of attempted sexual assault and aggravated assault.
According to a booking sheet, police arrested A.D. in the 900 block of West Fox Farm Road at 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 30.
It's alleged that on or about the same day, A.D. attempted to inflict sexual intrusion on the victim and cause submission of the victim by threat of death, serious bodily injury, extreme physical pain, or kidnapping to be inflicted on anyone, and the victim reasonably believed that A.D. had the present ability to execute those threats.
It's also alleged that A.D. threatened to use a cutting instrument on another.
