Good Wednesday. Look for partly cloudy skies this evening with overnight lows falling into the upper 20s and low 30s. We will warm to a high of about 50 on Thursday afternoon. Thursday evening we will have low pressure moving by to our south. That will trigger rain showers in the area on Thursday after 7pm that will last through early Friday morning. No snow is expected, but a light rain/sleet mix can't be ruled out on the Cumberland Plateau during the overnight, though temps even there should remain above freezing Friday morning.
Friday afternoon will somewhat clear with the high only making it to the upper 40s.
Saturday will be a good December day with temps from 39 to 52 under partly cloudy skies.
