Two people tragically lost their lives in a horrific four-car collision after a 90 year old motorist made a wrong turn and drove over 450m down a bustling dual carriageway in the wrong direction.

The deadly crash occurred on the A48 in Carmarthenshire, between Pont Abraham Roundabout, where the M4 terminates, and Cross Hands Roundabout, which is four miles further west towards Carmarthen.
