One of Oregon’s last remaining uncommitted football recruits made Ducks fans very happy this week.
On Tuesday afternoon, North Salem’s Braxton Singleton announced that he was committing to Oregon. Then on Wednesday, Singleton made it official by signing his letter of intent.
A 6-foot-3, 185-pound cornerback and receiver, Singleton is considered a three-star recruit and the No. 10 recruit in Oregon’s class of 2026 per 247Sports .
While the Vikings finished the 2025 football season with a 5-5 record, Singleton was one of the most explosive players in the state. He was a first team all-Special District 1 selection as a receiver, defensive back and as a kick returner.
He also had offers from Nevada, Boise State and Portland State.
