Samsung Electronics announced its new Galaxy Z TriFold model phone in a press release on December 1, 2025.

The phone can unfold twice and new screen features, which are designed to provide new possibilities for phone usage, according to Samsung’s release .

“Through years of innovation in foldable form factors, Galaxy Z TriFold solves one of the mobile industry’s longest-standing challenges — delivering the perfect balance between portability, premium performance, and productivity all in one device,” Samsung Electronic CEO TM Roh wrote in the release.

The phone will be available for purchase in the United States during the first quarter of 2026, but can be purchased in Korea starting December 12, 2025.
