Months after a violent run-in with Los Angeles police officers, the wife of Weezer bassist Scott Shriner has filed for divorce, according to People.

Jillian Lauren-Shriner, a 52-year-old author, cited “irreconcilable differences” the outlet reported. The couple has two children.

In April, Lauren-Shriner was shot by police who were searching for three hit-and-run suspects in the Eagle Rock section of Los Angeles.

She was not involved in the hit-and-run incident, but as police officers moved through the area they reported seeing her armed with a gun in a neighboring home.

In September, she was reportedly ordered by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to undergo a mental-health diversion program.
