WEXFORD COUNTY, MI – The fiancé and sister of Rebecca Park have been released from jail after their bonds were each lowered to $5,000.
Richard Falor, Park’s fiancé, was released on Wednesday, Dec. 3, after his bond was lowered from $1 million to $5,000, requiring 10% payment, according to Wexford County corrections staff.
Kimberly Park, Rebecca Park’s sister, was also released Wednesday after her bond was lowered from $750,000 to $5,000, with 10% payment required.
Falor and Kimberly Park were both arraigned last week , a day after Rebecca Park was found mutilated and killed with her nearly full-term baby cut from her body. Rebecca Park’s biological mother and stepfather have since been accused in the killing, which a prosecutor described as “ evil personified .”
