CANTON, Ohio —
The Anderson High School football team left for Thursday’s state championship game in Canton, Ohio, Wednesday afternoon.

The team had students cheering as they got on the bus Wednesday, ahead of the game at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.
Anderson will be looking to avenge last season’s loss to Avon, with the Eagles winning a 20-13 game on a snowy night last year.
“We start practice seven minutes earlier because we lost by seven, so it’s just a great reminder every day we need to work harder and be better than last year,” linebacker Brady Kuhn said.
