Known for its enormous gas stations, famously tidy restrooms and fan-favorite brisket sandwich, Buc-ee’s holds a particular place in road-trippers’ hearts. For one Missouri baby, it now holds an even more unusual distinction: it’s where she was born.

“Everything happened so fast. One minute we were timing contractions, and the next we were in the Buc-ee’s parking lot meeting our daughter,” Jena Birdsong, 29, tells TODAY.com.
