Dan Quinn spoke to the media before the first full practice of the week. The Washington Commanders are preparing to travel to Minnesota to take on the Vikings on Sunday.

Quinn was happy with the way the team fought in an overtime loss to the 10-2 Denver Broncos last week. They had a “next play” mindset, and the defense was improved. Quinn is back to calling plays on defense after taking over for Joe Whitt Jr. Quinn said last week’s practice was his favorite of the year.

Jayden Daniels is still not cleared for contact, but will be practicing with the team for the second week in a row as he works to return from a dislocated left elbow.
