JASPER, Texas — A Jasper man has been sentenced to more than 11 years in federal prison after admitting to trafficking methamphetamine in the Eastern District of Texas, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney Jay R. Combs.
David Anthony Piepenburg, 46, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and was sentenced to 135 months in federal prison on Dec. 1, 2025, by U.S. District Judge Amos L. Mazzant.
According to information presented in court, Piepenburg conspired with others beginning in 2019 to distribute and possess 500 grams or more of methamphetamine in the Eastern District of Texas.
