WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. —

Ten people were taken into custody in Washington County on Tuesday in relation to an incident that occurred in August of this year.

Washington County District Attorney told Pittsburgh's Action News 4 that although the criminal docket sheets for all 10 defendants are publicly available, the affidavit of probable cause in each case is under seal until the date of the preliminary hearing.

According to our news partners at the Trib , the hearing is scheduled for December 16 in Washington.

The Trib said the defendants charged include the following:

Daniel Ullrick, 75, of Pittsburgh

Paul Prevost, 30, of Washington

Clark Young, 40, of Washington

Corey Palmer, 55, of Washingt
