A driver abandoned a vehicle after it crashed in the area of U.S. 287 and Lookout Road near Erie on Wednesday evening.
At 5:02 p.m., Colorado State Patrol got a call that one vehicle had rolled over after sliding. The vehicle was left abandoned, and it was unknown whether anyone was injured in the crash, according to state patrol Sgt. Ivan Alvarado.
The investigation is still pending, Alvarado said at 7:19 p.m.
