HOUSTON — Houston attorney Tony Buzbee says he’s representing a Texas A&M student who died in Austin after tailgating before the Aggies-Longhorns game last Friday.

The Buzbee Law Firm posted on social media that they, along with the Gamez Law Firm, were retained by the parents of 19-year-old Brianna Aguilera.

According to reports, Brianna became intoxicated and was kicked out of the tailgate. She ended up back at her friend's apartment in West Campus. Brianna’s mother, Stephanie Rodriguez, said she got a call the next day.
