The family of a man shot on Interstate 95 two weeks ago wants justice as investigators are still searching for the shooter.

The Florida Highway Patrol called the shooting a case of road rage and issued a be on the lookout for a black Chevrolet after the Nov. 20 shooting .

NBC6 spoke with Lucy, who says her uncle David is fighting to stay alive nearly two weeks after someone shot him on I-95 near Ives Dairy Road in Hallandale Beach. The family is praying for a miracle.

“It's a mixture of sadness and anger,” Lucy said. “This is a phone call no one expects to get.”

Troopers said the suspect was driving the black Chevrolet. Lucy and the rest of David's family don't want to show their face on camera because FHP has not found the shooter.
