Vince Paoletti was born in Steubenville, OH on May 15, 1941. He grew up in Beach Bottom and Warwood, WV. He attended Corpus Christi Grade School and Central Catholic HS in Wheeling WV. After graduating, he earned a degree in Education from West Liberty State College in 1963 and received his Master’s Degree in Education Administration from West Virginia University in 1968. During this time, he met his future wife Sandy Jewett, who he married in 1962. They had two children, Jennifer (Yates) of McMechen, WV and Chris of Denver, CO.
