Theft: Wilson Mills Road

A Cleveland man, 47, was arrested at Meijer Nov. 24 for the theft of $878 worth of merchandise that he concealed in a tote that he selected from the store.

He paid for $9 worth of merchandise but for nothing inside of the tote, which included food, car parts and trading cards.

Disturbance: Harris Road

A woman reported around 5 a.m. Nov. 28 that her adult son had kicked and damaged a door at their home.

Responding officers confirmed that there was no violence between the two and that the man only wanted an SSDI card returned to him.

The woman subsequently gave the man, 38, his card and allowed him to use her phone to request a Lyft ride to leave the home.
