WOODBURY — Flanders Nature Center announces its Artisan Market Holiday Open House from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, at the Van Vleck Farm and Nature Sanctuary located at 5 Church Hill Road in Woodbury. The Artisan Marketplace will be open for holiday shopping from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. inside the historical Van Vleck House. This is the largest artisan market in northwest Connecticut with nearly 70 different local crafters/vendors participating.

Visitors will find a wide variety of quality creations handmade by local crafters and artisans including fiber art, shawls, scarves, cards, Christmas ornaments, framed prints, soaps, fun children’s accessories, quilts, wreaths, handcrafted jewelry, pottery, local maple syrup and honey and much more.
