Prominent Summit County attorney Tania Nemer was fired as a Cleveland federal immigration judge earlier this year, 15 days into President Donald Trump's second term.
Now, in a federal civil rights lawsuit, Nemer accused the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi of firing her because she is a woman, a dual citizen of the United States and Lebanon, a child of immigrants and an affiliated Democrat who unsuccessfully ran for Stow judge.
