A person is in A&E after an early morning crash in Central London.

The emergency services raced to the junction of Cavendish Square and Wigmore Street and around 6.45am today (Thursday, December 4) to reports of an accident.

There they found the victim who was taken a major trauma centre.

Road closures are in place and the following four London buses are on diversion: 12, 22, 55, and 73.

The Met Police has been contacted for comment.
