Kelly Zajfen, Meghan, and Lindsay Roth all worked together to make some DIY Christmas wreaths, and as Kelly picked hers up to ask Meghan if bows are "in right now", she was given high praise by the Netflix crew. One person behind the camera said, "That is a quality wreath," to which she responded, "Thank you so much!" Before asking if they would purchase it.

Meghan's face appeared to turn deadpan as she then said: "It also goes to show that you don't need some expert to do it. This is the first time they're coming together." Viewers immediately picked up on the shift in Meghan's expression, as well as noting her witty response back.
