The Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified the remains as 25-year-old Curtis Taylor Jr. Taylor, who is vision impaired, was last seen alive by family on February 6, 2024. His family reported him missing two weeks later to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office. Taylor's remains were located on property across the street from the family home he lived at.
