There is no minimum bid for the potential homesite on Northwest Thompson Road, which has been owned by one family for more than six decades.
The property in unincorporated Multnomah County is being sold for cash “as is,” meaning the buyer accepts the property in its current condition and the estate selling the property will make no repairs.
