CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A man has been charged following a hit-and-run crash that killed 15-year-old Moeller High School student Dylan Straugh in October.

Straugh’s family said they are aware of and following everything that’s going on with the case, but want to make sure the focus always stays on Dylan and what he represented.

“These last couple of months have been very difficult dealing with the emotions that come with a loss of this magnitude,” Paul said.

Dylan Straugh’s father, Paul, and sisters, Cassidy and Kylie, said the goal remains to honor Dylan two months after he was killed in a hit-and-run on Colerain Road.

“He always complained about not having many friends but now I see how much support he had…it feels good,” Cassidy added.
