Daniel Craig has become acquainted with Sesame Street 's very own version of Benoit Blanc, the Southern sleuth he plays in the Knives Out movies, and his reaction is the best thing you'll see today.

Craig is reprising the role of Blanc in Rian Johnson's third Knives Out murder mystery, Wake Up Dead Man . As the film is currently in cinemas ahead of its Netflix release, the James Bond star was shown a Muppets spoof of Knives Out , introducing detective Beignet Blanc.

"I love it," Craig said in stitches, adding Beignet is "much better looking than I am".

"Don't show this to Rian. I'm recast," he joked.

As Grover was helping Beignet Blanc with a culinary investigation, Craig put out a call for the Muppet to be his next "sidekick".
