At long last, the Euphoria hiatus has an end in (sort of) sight. After nearly three years in limbo, the HBO teen drama is currently slated to premiere in spring of 2026. That's still a few months from now, but at least there’s a plan in motion. Even better: creator Sam Levinson finally revealed where Rue ( Zendaya ) and the rest of the cast pick up following a five-year time jump.
"Five years felt like a natural place because if they’d gone to college they’d be out of college at that time," Levinson said at an HBO Max presentation in London this Wednesday, according to Variety . So, after leaving Euphoria High School four years ago when season 2 ended, the cast of the HBO drama will now play characters nearly around their same age. It's about time, but what are they up to now?
